REPOSITORY POLICY
The International Journal of Frontier Science and Multidisciplinary Research (IJFSMR) recognizes the importance of academic repositories in supporting the structured preservation and dissemination of scholarly work. This policy establishes clear guidelines to ensure that repository deposits maintain academic integrity, transparency, and professional standards.
Purpose and Scope
This policy is designed to promote responsible repository archiving while protecting the authenticity of the official published record. The International Journal of Frontier Science and Multidisciplinary Research (IJFSMR) encourages authors and institutions to deposit articles in credible academic repositories that follow recognized digital preservation and documentation practices. Repository archiving should enhance accessibility without compromising ethical or copyright standards.
Eligible Repositories
Authors may deposit their articles in reputable academic platforms, including:
- Institutional repositories maintained by universities or research institutions
- Government-supported research archives
- Recognized subject-specific repositories
- National or international scholarly databases
All repositories must ensure secure storage, accurate record maintenance, and long-term accessibility.
Version Control and Transparency
Repository records must clearly identify the version of the manuscript being deposited (such as pre-print, accepted manuscript, or final published version). The content must not be altered in any way that changes the academic meaning, interpretation, or conclusions of the work.
If the final published version is archived, it must remain complete, accurate, and properly formatted.
Citation and Source Acknowledgment
Every repository deposit must clearly state that the article was originally published in the International Journal of Frontier Science and Multidisciplinary Research (IJFSMR). Proper bibliographic citation and acknowledgment of the journal as the source of publication are mandatory to maintain transparency and academic traceability.
Compliance and Integrity
Repositories hosting articles published in the International Journal of Frontier Science and Multidisciplinary Research (IJFSMR) must uphold high standards of academic integrity and digital preservation. In cases where repository entries violate journal policies or misrepresent the published content, the journal reserves the right to request correction or removal of the material.
